Gourmet Mondial in Mainz

An absolutely convincing performance - the goose menu for seven people to pick up was ready on time - communication by email in advance, including ordering, was unproblematic with prompt feedback; perfect advice and wine recommendation. The starter was very good, skin course very generous, delicious, goose cooked perfectly crispy, all side dishes were sufficient and tasted great, especially the baked apple and the potato dumplings! The highlight were the individual small apple strudel! The wines are well selected and go well with all courses, especially the lighter Pinot Noir! The price-performance ratio is simply unbeatable, € 40 per person for the menu (there are seven people) is sensational from our point of view and leads to repetition at Christmas, then with a different menu selection but already now with the certainly fulfilled Expectation of a very good meal. We had a wonderful Saturday evening with the tapas menu in the cozy courtyard - it was exquisite! There were three of us ... but one vegetarian and one allergy sufferer. This was dealt with very carefully and creative solutions found. The whole evening was a pleasure !!

Stunning cuisine and perfect for a romantic dinner for two. Unfortunately you have a high waiting time if you come to the peak times and did not reserve. But the wait is worth it.

Delicious lunch ... A place for entertaining relax at lunchtime (in the evening I was unfortunately not there yet). Craftsmanship impeccable food very diverse and individual. Great service, perfect value for money. This would require you to have time and opportunity every afternoon.

Highly Recommended! Daniela Fadda and her team leave you with wonderful food and a lot of warmth, friendliness and charity forget everyday life, while you enjoy carefully selected dishes with selected wines - like a short break with good friends! The service is top and very attentive and the weekly changing menus inspire each time anew.

We had a really nice evening in this little shop. Everything tasted good and we were very well hosted by the chef who knows exactly what he is doing.

Just genius! You are always surprised with such good dishes that you have to come back again and again. Friendliness and coziness is very important here.

Small and nice ... warm and with great attention to detail

The food is just great there. There is a three-course lunch menu from Monday to Thursday and an evening menu on Thursday and Friday. There are always only a few dishes according to the current weekly menu, but all are special and freshly cooked. The owners are really nice and it's just fun to be there.

A lot of heart, cozy atmosphere and brilliantly prepared food! I can recommend it to anyone - for any occasion.

Aside from the restaurant which is open Monday through Thursday for lunch and Thursday and Friday evenings, one can reserve the whole venue to celebrate an open kitchen party. Lots of fun plus fresh gourmet food and superb local and imported wines. The newly opened inside patio is also a great addition.

For me and my family: the culinary discovery of the year !! Healthy and varied food prepared fresh. Great ambience, friendly service. During the week we get our food here every lunchtime.
